Payments
Virtuosity by Dr. Lindz is an out of network provider for all insurance companies. Full payment is required at the time of services rendered. Health savings accounts and FLEX spending accounts are accepted as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You will be provided with the necessary information to submit to your out-of- network insurance benefits for possible reimbursement, if you choose.
Cancellations
We require that you provide 24 hours advance notice of appointment cancellation or changes. Appointments canceled in less time will be billed in full.
Late Arrivals
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time.
